Failure to complete KYC verification may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.
You may request the closure of your 9jgame account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or game error that results in an interrupted game round, 9jgame will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the round. 9jgame reserves the right to correct any odds that are published as a result of a manifest error. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds, 9jgame may void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where an official result is not immediately available, settlement may be delayed until the result is confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 9jgame.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9jgame, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
9jgame's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
9jgame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. 9jgame will make all reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such events.
9jgame collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Data may be shared with our payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or our licensing obligations.
